One Yoga
At one Yoga, we believe that steady practice, (with the proper foundations and intentions) will lift one to the heights of Yoga. The One Yoga community offers a supportive, encouraging environment inviting all to open your eyes and look within. Age, sex, class, race and any other false perceptions of separation will have nothing to do with our success or failure in yoga. We want to experience yoga with all of our disabilities, faults, and perceived shortcomings. We want our students to realize that they are ALL capable of experiencing yoga. We believe that to know Yoga is to know Peace.
